We offer small or private classes so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Please show up 10-15 minutes early and let the self-care begin.

 
 

Yomassage

Saturdays
12pm – 1:30pm

Yomassage Therapists are trained to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome throughout the entire class. When you walk in the room, you will be greeted with warm smiles. Your therapist will walk you through a series of comfortable and supported Yomassage positions that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While you are relaxing in these positions, your therapist will guide you through breathwork and mindfulness exercises as they walk around and massage you in each position. You will end the class having received a full body massage, and feeling a state of ultimate relaxation. 

Yomassage classes are kept small so each client receives individual attention from their therapist. One therapist can serve up to 5 clients in a single session, and up to 10 clients if they have an assistant. Clients can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. Everything will be provided for you, so there is no need to bring anything. Yomassage classes are suitable for all levels, no experience required.

Yomassage Private

By appointment

Same as a public Yomassage class but this time its you and your family or friends. Add ons included…tea, essential oils, Yomassage massage balls and some healthy tasty treats.

Have a conference room at work or a large space in your home …. lets do this! Enjoy a relaxing and self-care class.

Not your typical yoga class, Here, Michel Remesy takes you through yoga postures that correct your posture so that you can build strength and increase your posture according to your own body type and goals.

Pregnancy Support

Welcome to your perfect pregnancy workshop. During this short class, we will look at posture and how to correct and support your body during pregnancy. Learn the best props and positions for sleeping (ahh who does not want better sleep :), sitting and moving while supporting you and your baby(s) series of includes body awareness corrections, breathing, essential oils to support pregnancy and self care rituals. Pregnancy should not be painful… come learn how to best care for you!

 

Be Your Own Doula"

Labor does not have to be scary. Come learn from a doula how you and your partner can support one another. Learn the physiology of birth and what you can do to communicate best with your partner and staff, decrease pain using breathwork , massage and props. Learn how to move through labor the best you can. We are biologically able to do this… empower yourself here by asking questions and learning what you can do to support you and welcome your baby to the world.

Private “Be Your Own Doula”


Same great information and hands on workshop yet in a private setting with just you and your partner. Home or office visit available.
